About
The Ayik Sakahikan Historical Society is currently working on building a dedicated Frog Lake First Nations Interpretive Center Living Museum. " For generations, the story of Frog Lake was told from the perspective of outsiders. Today we are rightfully reclaiming our story, ensuring that it is shared truthfully and with intention and heart." " The Frog Lake First Nations Interpretive Center and Living Museum will be a healing space where our Cree culture, language, and traditions are honoured through connection to the past, one another, and to the land. It represents a continuation of our story, the living history of our people as a strong, proud, and resilient nation.
