Position: Product Support Specialist
Location: Remote (must reside in Edmonton or northern/central Alberta)
Schedule: Full-Time | Includes some evenings/weekends
Travel: Up to 10 weeks/year outside your home city

About the Role:
As a Product Support Specialist, you'll provide training, onboarding, and technical support to users of OKAKI’s health software. You'll work remotely and travel occasionally to client sites.
